I recently stayed at a hotel in Tangerang and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, right next to a shopping mall in the main business district of the city. It was a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of attractions nearby. Additionally, the staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were of high quality, and I particularly enjoyed the nice rain shower. The hotel also had access to a premiere lounge, which was a great bonus for relaxation. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food, satisfying every palate.

All aspects of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Experiencing a different world at Novotel! The outdoor area, including the swimming pool and patio, transported me to another place entirely. The comfortable bed and great room made for a wonderful stay. Despite the heavy door, the overall experience was amazing. The friendly and helpful staff added to the enjoyment. Love it and would definitely return!

Had a bit of trouble finding the parking lot and the hot water in the bathroom was a bit tricky to adjust. But overall, the stay was enjoyable and we would come back again.
